How much are shipping fees?

The shipping costs are variable and depend on the delivery address.

No Shipping fees for orders above 999 EGP.

Can I check the order while the courier handing me the order?

This option is not available. If you would like to return or exchange the item, please refer to the return and exchange policy & process.

What couriers we are dealing with?

We are currently delivering by:

Please mention your full delivery address details (street, district, city) correctly so that your order will be delivered fast. Please do not accept any damaged packages and contact us immediately.

When will my order be delivered?

You will receive your order within 1 to 5 working days depending on the delivery address.

How can I track the status of my order?

You can click Track Your Order, then write your order number and email address to know the status of your order.

On which days are orders delivered?

You will receive your order on Saturday to Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We do not deliver on public holidays.

What if I am unable to receive the order when the courier arrives?

If you are not at the delivery address at the time, the courier will contact you to agree on another delivery time of your convenience.
