We are committed to applying your request (Return, Exchange & money refund) within the below time frames. The process is automated to save your time and our time, and follow-up is not needed. You can follow up on your request if we didn’t execute it within 5 working days.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

• In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 days of your purchase. If you have initiated the return after 30 days have passed, then you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Returned product must be in its original packaging.
• We can’t accept used or damaged items for return.
• Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing.
• Purchased product must include original tags (if applicable).

How to Make a Return?

The process is automated to save your time and our time. Please don’t follow up before 5 working days from submitting the request.

1. Login to your account.
2. Fill the below form with the required details. Please fill all the required information to avoid delay.
3. Our courier will come to pick up the returned item within 2-5 days.
4. Order amount will be refunded after receiving back the order.
5. The refund takes from 3 - 5 days.
6. Delivery shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
7. For free shipping order: shipping fees of 40 EGP will be deducted.
8. In case of Partial return: the total order amount will be recalculated after deducting the returned items, and if the total order amount is less than the amount that is eligible for free shipping, then shipping fees of 40 EGP will be deducted.

How Will I Get My Money Back?

Cash on Delivery Payments:

We don’t provide cash refund. You will receive your money back through any of the below options upon your choice:

• Nileton wallet: in case you want to place a new order.
• Bank account transfer.
• Mobile wallet (Vodafone, Etisalat, Orange, Bank wallet).

Credit / Debit Card Payments:

We will automatically transfer your money back to the same credit card that you used when making the purchase. Usually, it takes from 5-7 working days to be reflected in your bank account.

How to Make an Exchange

We don’t provide an exchange on the same day of returning the items. The process is automated to save your time and our time. Please don’t follow up before 5 working days from submitting the request.

1. Fill the below form with the required details accurately.
2. Choose the request type (Exchange).
3. Choose the method of refund (Nileton Wallet).
4. Our courier will come for pick-up the returned item within 2-5 days.
5. We will refund the money to your wallet on the website, then you can place a new order.
6. The first order Discount Coupon Code won’t be applied to the exchange order. You can use other Discounted Coupons.
7. Shipping fees of 40 EGP will be paid for the exchanged item.

How to Make Order Cancellation

Fill the below form with the next details:

1. Fill your personal information.
2. Write the order number.
3. Choose the request type (Order Cancellation).
4. Write the reason for the cancellation in the comment section.
5. Then press “Submit” button.
