These Terms and Conditions govern your use of 6percenteg.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from it. Please read them before placing an order. By browsing the Site, creating an account or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean six percent store, and “you” means the person browsing the Site or placing an order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. If you are under 18, you may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be responsible for the order.
3. Your account
You may create an account to check out faster and follow your orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please give accurate and complete information and keep it up to date. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use of your account. We may suspend or close an account that is being used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.
4. Products, descriptions and availability
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Photographs are illustrative: colours may look slightly different depending on your screen, and fabric texture, print placement and measurements may vary slightly between production batches. Please use the size guide on the product page — garment measurements take precedence over general size labels.
All products are subject to availability. Occasionally an item shows as available but is out of stock when we come to pack it; if that happens we will contact you and offer an alternative, a partial fulfilment or a full refund of the affected item.
5. Prices and currency
All prices are shown in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include Value Added Tax where it applies. Delivery fees are not included in the product price; they are calculated according to your delivery governorate and shown at checkout before you pay, along with the final total.
We may change prices, launch or end promotions at any time. The price that applies to your order is the one displayed at the moment you complete checkout. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we are not obliged to supply it at that price — we will contact you to confirm whether you want the item at the correct price or a full refund.
6. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. The confirmation email you receive after checkout acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not by itself mean we have accepted it. A contract between us is formed when we dispatch the order, or, for Cash on Delivery, when we confirm the order for dispatch.
We may decline or cancel an order where the item is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, where we cannot verify your delivery or contact details, where an order appears fraudulent or is part of resale or bulk-buying activity, or where a discount code has been misused. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we refund you in full.
7. Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Debit and credit cards — Visa, Mastercard and Meeza.
- Mobile wallets and other online payment options offered at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery, where available for your area, paid to the courier in Egyptian Pounds on receipt.
- Bank transfer, where offered — the order is processed once the funds clear.
Online card and wallet payments are processed securely by Paymob, a payment service provider certified to PCI DSS and regulated in Egypt. You enter your payment details on Paymob’s secure hosted page. We never see, collect or store your full card number, expiry date, CVV or wallet PIN — we receive only the transaction result and a masked reference used to match the payment to your order and to process refunds. Your bank may require 3-D Secure authentication (a one-time password) to approve the payment.
Full payment must be received and authorised before an order is dispatched, except for Cash on Delivery. If a payment is declined or later reversed, we may cancel the order.
8. Fraud prevention and verification
To protect our customers and cardholders, we may carry out checks on an order before dispatching it, including confirming your identity or contact details by phone or email. If we cannot verify an order to our reasonable satisfaction, we may cancel it and refund the payment in full.
9. Delivery
Delivery areas, processing times, estimated delivery times and shipping fees are set out in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
10. Returns, refunds and cancellation
You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of delivery. Full details of the conditions, the excluded items, who pays return shipping and how quickly refunds are processed are set out in our Refund and Return Policy, which forms part of these terms and does not affect your statutory rights under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
11. Promotions, discount codes and gift cards
Discount codes and promotions are valid only for the period and on the products stated, cannot be exchanged for cash, and normally cannot be combined with another offer unless we say so. We may withdraw a promotion or void a discount code that has been obtained or used improperly. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
12. Custom and personalised products
When you order a custom-designed item, you are responsible for the artwork, image or text you supply. You confirm that you own the rights to it or have permission to use it, and that it does not infringe anyone’s intellectual property, is not offensive, obscene, defamatory or unlawful. We may refuse or cancel any custom order that does not meet these requirements, and we will refund it. Because these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrectly produced.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including the six percent name and logo, designs, artwork, prints, product photography, text, graphics and layout — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Egyptian and international intellectual property law. You may view and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell or use it commercially, or use our trademarks, without our prior written permission.
14. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site unlawfully or in any way that could damage it or impair its availability. In particular you must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any customer data; introduce viruses or malicious code; scrape, harvest or copy data systematically; place fraudulent or speculative orders; or interfere with other users’ use of the Site.
15. Reviews and user content
If you post a review, comment or image on the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display and reproduce it in connection with our business. You are responsible for what you post; it must be your own, accurate, and must not be offensive, misleading or unlawful. We may edit or remove content that breaches these terms.
16. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social media and payment pages. We provide these for convenience and do not control or endorse them, and we are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
17. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to keep the Site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may suspend, withdraw or change any part of it without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or opportunity.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights as a consumer under the Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018.
18. Events outside our control
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations that is caused by an event beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, war or civil unrest, strikes, failures of public or private telecommunications or courier networks, or acts of government. If such an event occurs we will contact you and, if you prefer, cancel the order and refund you in full.
19. Privacy
We process your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the rights you have. It forms part of these terms.
20. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please check this page before ordering.
21. Severability and waiver
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. If we do not enforce a right under these terms, that is not a waiver of it.
22. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of an order placed on the Site are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. We would like to resolve any problem with you directly first, so please contact us before taking any other step. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cairo, Egypt.
23. Complaints and contact
If you have a complaint, contact us at info@6percenteg.com or on +20 107 046 4808 with your order number and details, and we will acknowledge it within 2 business days and work to resolve it. You may also contact the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency about a consumer complaint.
